By Demes Barcelona triples its logistics capacity: new 4,000 m² headquarters at Parc Logístic

By Demes Barcelona completes its final relocation to new 4,000 m² facilities at Parc Logístic Barcelona, designed to support the company’s growth and, above all, to continue improving the service it provides to the professional electronic security channel. Greater capacity, optimised logistics operations and new workspaces make this new stage much more than a simple change of location.

New By Demes Barcelona location at Parc Logístic

Since 21 September, the Offices, Warehouse and Store of By Demes Barcelona have been fully operational at the new Parc Logístic Barcelona facilities. The new location brings together different key areas of the company in a single environment and improves coordination between logistics, the sales team, support and professional customer service.

In addition, its strategic location, close to the Port of Barcelona and around 10 minutes from the airport, strengthens operational capacity both nationally and internationally. The new headquarters enables a more agile relationship with By Demes and brings administrative procedures, collections, meetings, support and training together in a single location.

A Warehouse designed for faster, more accurate logistics

One of the key highlights of the relocation is the new By Demes Warehouse, whose storage capacity has tripled. This expansion provides a larger volume of stock and enables a more agile response to projects requiring availability, fast preparation and supply capacity.

Operations have also taken a major step forward. The new facilities feature eight simultaneous loading bays and direct-access ramps, as well as an exclusive picking area managed using more advanced software. The aim is to speed up order preparation and dispatch while increasing order accuracy. For the professional channel, this improvement can translate into more efficient purchasing processes and a greater ability to meet the deadlines of their own projects.

Much more than a relocation: new facilities to keep improving service

The growth of By Demes in Barcelona is not limited to logistics. The new headquarters includes new meeting rooms, a renewed open-plan working environment and a larger Technical support and RMA area, designed to strengthen the support professionals receive before, during and after each project.

The new facilities also include a renovated Store, designed to make order collections more comfortable and efficient, and a new, more modern, spacious and bright training room and showroom. These spaces make it possible to enhance technical sessions, product demonstrations and professional meetings, providing a more suitable environment for discovering new technologies and developing projects together with the By Demes team.

All of this forms part of a continuous improvement strategy through which By Demes aims to further strengthen its position as a leading distributor in the electronic security sector and provide professionals with an infrastructure ready to meet new challenges.

This new stage for By Demes Barcelona forms part of a structure that remains fully operational nationally, with a presence in Madrid and the Canary Islands, and internationally, in Portugal, France, Italy and Benelux, where By Demes continues its operations unchanged, maintaining the same level of customer care, service and professional support. This network of locations enables By Demes to continue providing close, agile and specialised coverage tailored to the needs of customers in each market.
