New Users section: much more efficient management

The new Users section centralises the management of all email accounts associated with your company and simplifies the daily administration of access and requests, offering more control, greater visibility and much more agile management.

Key features

Centralised user management: view email, creation date and status of each user.

Access control: deactivate or unlock users directly from the panel.

Creation of new users with automatic assignment of the customer code. This allows them to request technical support via the web, the fastest and most efficient way, as well as streamline RMA, DOA and credit note requests, with the history recorded in the online shop account.

Request management: approve or reject customer code assignment requests made by users from the Technical support or RMA, DOA and credit notes sections.

Pending request notifications: view pending requests when logging in to facilitate tracking.

Automatic confirmations: each user creation and each approval or rejection of a customer code assignment request generates a confirmation email.
