New returns and repairs process (DOA, RMA and credit notes)
 

Our Technical team will continue to take care of all your returns and repair works (DOA, RMA and credit notes), based on the same web process.

From now on, all products must be returned to our Barcelona warehouse with the completed returns form of our “RMA, DOA and credit notes” website section, once you have logged in.

Failure to provide this form will result in a delay in credit/replacement goods.

 
 

We remind you that, for your comfort, you can find out the status of your returns and repairs in real time in the same “RMA, DOA and credit notes” section

In the “Request history”, you will have the information of the “Status” and you can obtain more information through “Voucher” button, such as the date of the request and reception to our workshop, technical details, estimated delivery date of the material and history of the repair process, with a comment by state.
