We inform you that on Wednesday, July 10 we will close our Łomża (Poland) office, due to the centralization and specialization of processes to provide a better global service.

 

With this new global changes, we expect to improve the customer service using the power of a global company, more than 140 professionals and our agile logistics, guaranteeing as always record delivery times of 24-48 hours for international orders.

New returns & repairs process (DOA & RMA)
 

Our Technical team will continue to take care of all your returns & repair works (DOA & RMA), based on a web process.

From now on, all products must be returned to our Barcelona warehouse with the completed returns form of our “Support” website section, once you have logged in. Failure to provide this form will result in a delay in credit/replacement goods. .

 
  And as a novelty and for your peace of mind, you can find out the status of your repairs in real time in the same "Support" section. In the list of repair requests, you will have the information of the "State" of the repair and you can obtain more information about each repair in "View details", such as the date of the request and reception to our workshop, technical details, estimated delivery date of the material and history of the repair process, with a comment by state.
